Lectures and Business Training

Zarina  has given lectures on various subjects surrounding the Internet and others, such as Finance for Non Financial Managers, Starting a UK business, The Challenges of Running a Global Business, Innovation & Creativity and the Consultants Career Journey to various organisations including the Institute of Directors, Chambers of Commerce , The British Computing Society (BCS the Chartered Inst of Computer , Chartered Institute of Management , CMI , the Institute of Consultants, Colleges and via workshops to a varied audience.

Academic Study

In 2007 she returned to University and studied a Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship i.e. the commercialisation of products, processes, inventions and Intellectual Property, at University College London and London Business School.

Current Business

She currently runs the Management Consultancy Maxima Associates. Bringing commercialisation to the Public Sector and  governance , structure , leverage and operational stability to the private sector.

Voluntary work

Was Vice President of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (2012) a Governor of Richmond Upon Thames College serving as Chair of Remuneration and a member of the Audit committee , is a Fellow of the Institute of Consultants (IC) , serves on the London Region Board, and the Institute of Consulting Advisory Council (ICAC) .

Training and the Consulting Professional

Through the International Council of Management Consulting (ICMCI) , Zarina is one of 4 people in the UK accredited to train to the International Standard (ISO) 20700 in Management Consultancy.

Through her work with the IC and CMI, Zarina was in the first group of 6 consultants in the world to be awarded Chartered status when CMI and MCA (Management Consultants Association) were granted the Chartered status For Management Consulting and was the first woman . Zarina is an assessor and mentors consultants at every career stage for the award.
